To view these pages, you must have a username and password. Whitelisting - Making PIA a Safe Sender in Your Email Program
If you are having trouble receiving PIA News or any other broadcasts from PIA, it is possible that your spam filter has blocked our message. Up in the left hand corner of any broadcast emails sent by PIA (such as PIA News) should be a link to white listing information, which will tell you how to make the PIA broadcasts a 'safe sender' with your email program or your internet service provider (ISP). Y ou can get the same white listing information here: http://www.realmagnet.com/mm-whitelisting.html

  • To make PIA a safe sender in your email program, add PIA’s Magnet Mail address (pia@piagrows.mmsend.com) to your safe sender list. The process for adding this information varies depending on your email provider. For specific requirements for major email providers, please refer to the white listing link above.
  • To make PIA a safe sender with your internet service provider (ISP), please forward the information below to your ISP. This information may also be found at the bottom of the page in the white listing link in the first paragraph above.
    • Email Service Provider: Real Magnet (www.realmagnet.com)
      The sending server is either:
      66.70.82.40 OR 64.106.137.140; OR one of the following: 209.18.70.1 through 209.18.70.254
      All of the above IP's are sub-domains of magnetmail.net (mail*.magnetmail.net)
      The return path is: mmreturn@magnetdev.com (66.70.25.24)
