Whitelisting
- Making PIA a Safe Sender in Your Email Program
If
you are having trouble receiving PIA News or any other broadcasts from
PIA, it is possible that your spam filter has blocked our message. Up
in the left hand corner of any broadcast emails sent by PIA (such as PIA
News) should be a link to white listing information, which will tell you
how to make the PIA broadcasts a 'safe sender' with your email program
or your internet service provider (ISP). You can get the same whitelisting
information here: http://www.realmagnet.com/mm-whitelisting.html
- To make PIA a
safe sender in your email program, add PIA’s Magnet Mail address
(pia@piagrows.mmsend.com) to your safe sender list. The process for
adding this information varies depending on your email provider. For
specific requirements for major email providers, please refer to the
white listing link above.
- To make PIA a
safe sender with your internet service provider (ISP), please forward
the information below to your ISP. This information may also be found
at the bottom of the page in the white listing link in the first paragraph
above.
- Email Service
Provider: Real Magnet (www.realmagnet.com)
The sending server is either:
66.70.82.40 OR 64.106.137.140;

All of the above IP's are sub-domains of magnetmail.net (mail*.magnetmail.net)
The return path is: mmreturn@magnetdev.com (66.70.25.24)
Please let call the
PIA office at 707-462-2276 or send us an email at pia@piagrows.org
